Windows 7 & 2008 blocks stuff downloaded from internet

So I found a very interesting fact about how Windows may tag a script/executable you downloaded from the Internet as “blocked”. So when you try to execute that script on a command line it won’t work.

Yup, a very interesting ‘feature’ of Windows OSes. I have confirmed this on Windows 7 and Windows 2008R2
