It is available in the actions pane called \u201cedit disk\u201d. Among the various options there is one which will let you convert the vhdx to vhd format.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a PowerShell cmdlet which is <a href=\"http:\/\/vniklas.djungeln.se\/2012\/10\/02\/convert-hyper-v-vhd-to-vhdx-and-back-with-powershell\/\">reported<\/a> to do the same thing. <\/p>\n<p>By the way, I am trying this conversion to see if I will be able to import a VM from Hyper-V to VMware.
