It is 10 years old and needs some\u00a0renovation. Here are the changes I am planning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change flooring<\/li>\n<li>Replace carpet<\/li>\n<li>Replace toilet<\/li>\n<li>Replace countertops in the kitchen and bathroom<\/li>\n<li>Replace faucets<\/li>\n<li>Replace the sofa covers<\/li>\n<li>Replace captain chair covers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The plan is to rip out the old carpet and vinyl flooring in the living room and bathroom area and put in new laminate.\u00a0We are\u00a0going to leave carpet in the bedroom area and under driver and passenger seats. I am going to do the <a title=\"Installing laminate floors in my motorhome\" href=\"http:\/\/rajdude.com\/blog\/installing-laminate-floors-in-my-motorhome\/\">laminate installation myself <\/a>and let the <a title=\"Carpet replacement\" href=\"http:\/\/rajdude.com\/blog\/carpet-replacement\/\">professionals do the carpet installation.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I have enough experience installing laminate. It is rather easy [for me]. However I have never installed carpet. I think I should learn how to install carpet too.
